The 23-member organizing committee is responsible for the organizational and logistical preparation, implementation, and execution of the project. For example, it arranges the event venues in advance, contacts potential sponsors and guests, organizes the participants' catering, and collects the financial resources for the project. After the event, the organizing committee conducts an evaluation of the event. It takes care of surveys of the participants regarding the set goals, creates certificates, and drafts project reports for sponsors and the board of EYP Switzerland.
