Teambuilding (22.09.2023):
Team Building is one of the key events at any EYP Session. During this event, you will meet your committee and chairperson. You will get the chance to get to know each other and learn to work together in preparation for committee work.

Swissvillage (22.09.2023):
Swiss Village is an event during which participants bring food from their home-canton/country to celebrate their individuality and exchange with others. During Swiss Village you will get the opportunity to showcase your canton not only through food but also through music, dances, flags and other cultural objects.

Opening Ceremony (22.09.2023):
Friday night we will officially inaugurate the Session with the Opening Ceremony. You will have the occasion of hearing interesting speeches from our Patrons and Guest Speakers.

Committee Work:
Committee Work represents the academic part of the Session. Along with your chairperson and fellow committee members, you will create a resolution relating to your committee topic. In this regard, it is important that you do some preparation and research before the session; especially with the Academic Preparation Kit you will be provided with during the weeks leading to the event.

Culture Afternoon (Session Theme Event):
This year’s Session Theme Event will try to give our participants a better insight in the impact that active youth involvement can have. You get to choose between different workshops that are tied to cultural and educational aspects of the Region. Through this, we also hope to showcase the infinite possibilities that our “small” Organisation - as well as countless others - can provide us with in order to make a change for the better on a much larger scale!

Resolution Hub:
During Resolution Hub a first draft of the Resolutions will be presented. Every committee will have their own stand that can be visited by other delegates. This events also includes a Mock GA and a Speech writing workshop - everything so you are optimally prepared for General Assembly!

General Assembly:
The General Assembly marks the final part of the session. During this event, every committee will present their own resolutions on the topics discussed during Committee Work. You will get the chance to comment on other resolutions and provide possible suggestions on how to improve said points. In addition to that, you may even hold speeches from the podium!

Committee Dinner:
This dinner will give you and your committee the chance to get to know each other better and enjoy the evening together. In this regard, we recommend you take about 30.00 CHF to cover for your own dinner expenses.

Farewell Party:
The farewell party is your chance to spend a fun night with all your new friends! Keep an eye out for the announcement of the theme and plan your outfit accordingly.

Casual: At informal events, you may choose anything you feel comfortable wearing. Some events, such as Teambuilding, will require you to move around or be outdoors. So, keep that in mind when choosing your outfit.
Smart Casual: A step-up from casual, smart casual attire should convey a polished look and usually combines elements of business and casual wear. For example, a nice pair of trousers with a button-down shirt or blouse and sneakers.
Formal: Formal wear includes all things professional. This means: dresses, suits, ties, shirts or skirts; paired with some nice shoes
